Alana De La Garza is an amazing actress who has been leaving an imprint on the small screen. De La Garza is a beautiful actress who was born 1976 in Columbus Ohio to a Mexican American father and an Irish American mother. Soon after, she moved to Texas and completed her degree in physical therapy at the University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on various acting roles in local independent films, as well as worldwide commercials. Despite her small roles, she soon discovered her love for acting. In 2001, she moved into New York where her first appearance was on the All My Children's daytime soap in the role of Rosa Santos. Her roles were sporadic on JAG: Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men in the early 2000s. Her first major part came in 2004 on the brief drama The Mountain. De La Garza, who was Maria Serrano on The Mountain had the privilege of appearing with a variety of notable TV celebrities including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pilegget and Mitch. Her best-known role was in Law & Order, where she played A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. The actress was on the show for 85 episodes. She then migrated to the short-lived spin-off Law & Order: LA. De La Garza was nominated for numerous Awards, including the Best Supporting Actress for TV from the Imagen Foundation Awards as well as numerous ALMA Award nominations. She was awarded the Impact Award in 2008 for her performance that stood out on the dramatic TV series of National Hispanic Media Coalition. Milano. The actress has a nationality of Italian as well as having a 10 year old younger brother who is named Cory. She was raised in a family that was conservative and extremely religious. Milano started her acting career aged seven after her babysitter joined her at an audition. Four girls selected from over 1,000 hopefuls included Milano. Milano was featured in TV commercials and on off-Broadway plays, among them the very first American musical adaptation to Jane Eyre.
